Attleboro MA Mortgage for condo properties?

Hi everyone,

I'm recently trying to make an offer to a condo in attleboro MA. What kind of loan type would this be?

I've been calling around, and most banks don't have mortgage products for condos. I was wondering how everyone else solve this problem?  I learned about portfolio loans recently, would my situation need a portfolio loan?
