renovation question please any advice
hello everyone I just closed on my first investment property and I'm in the renovating phase i contacted a contractor and he asked me to provide an idea of what i want done to the apartments but I'm not sure where to start with material etc could anyone help or link a website that breaks down a renovation material and all thank you
