Northeastern CT multi-families

Hello! I currently own a 3 family in Danielson, CT and will be looking to purchase another one soon. I currently spend approximately $1,200/yr for water and $1,300/yr for sewer. We also pay $1,600 for trash removal (4 yard dumpster picked up 2x monthly). Tenants pay all other utilities. I was just curious what other landlords in the area/surrounding areas pay for utilities so we can properly calculate cost/return moving forward with other properties. Thanks!

@Sadierose Saucier Do you have a private trash hauler in that area of CT that is cheaper? Maybe you can go to individual cans as opposed to a dumpster? That will definitely save you money I think. Water/sewer look about right for the area.
