Unpaid Rent in Texas
My Texas tenant completed her lease but after she left and I was book keeping. I noticed her rent for the month of January was unpaid because of the funds being held by her bank. I have sent her a outstanding balance notice but she has ignored it. What can I do or where can I report this here in Texas. I’m new to the rentals
