Updating my househack bathroom

Hi all,

I have purchased my first up and down duplex and my first house a month ago now. So far so good my tenants upstairs are great.

Anyhow I want to update my bathroom as it is very outdated it has pink tiles all around. Please see pictures attached. My plan is to re-glaze the tiles on the walls and in the bath tub walls white, then update the toilet as it’s pretty short and old, I would like to add some vinyl tiles and grout to cover the ugly pink tiles on the floor. And lastly change the countertop on the vanity and the sink. Please let me know what you all think of this or what you would do differently or what you would recommend any products or which order these things should be done. Again this will be a rental once I move out so I do not want to inject a boatload of money into this bathroom. Thank you.

@Steven Maldonado Hey the pictures didn't show up. For the flooring, I'd lay over the tile with LVT. For old bathtub surround tile, we've been using a product called duma wall you can liquid nails or sika it right over the old tile so long as it is reasonably flush. It will require some trim to hide the edges, we used vinyl 1x4's for the trim and smaller vinyl moulding around the window frame.
