Potential Rental Investment

I've come across a potential rental investment in a great area.

I was recently notified that the property had some mold remediation performed.

I'm now concerned with being able to obtain renters, once they are made aware of this mitigation.  

I would greatly appreciate any advice/opinions on this concern?
