Insurance for Owner-Occupied Duplex

Hey everyone, I recently acquired a duplex that I'm house hacking (renting out top unit, living in bottom). Does anyone have any tips or pointers for things that I should want in my homeowner's coverage?

I'm mainly talking about the amount I'll want for certain limits like property, liability, & loss of use. Additionally, if there's any other advice you guys could give to someone who's just starting out about insuring properties, it would be greatly appreciated!
