New to Landlording and Need Help!
Hello,
I have been managing a small retail center with five tenants and the property for a stand-alone restaurant. I will eventually inherit the properties, and would like to optimize the business. What I've been taught is less than ideal and takes a very reactive approach to the business. Any recommendations for resources (books, software, forums, local groups) that can help me with my journey? I am in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
