Thoughts on Cozy for property mgmt

Hey guys!

I've been looking into different platforms for managing my properties, and I was wondering if anyone has used Cozy and what your thoughts are.

1. Was it easy to use for you and your tenants?

2. Were the applications and lease agreements sufficient? 

3. If not Cozy any other recommendations?
