Tenant screening service w detailed reports - need recommendation

Hi All, 

Can someone recommend a good tenant background/credit screening service that provides in depth reports and not just a YES/NO general recommendation? 

I see that the following service providers have been mentioned in the forum, has anyone have good experience with any of these?  Please add to this list if there are others that I should consider.

I had used MySmartMove many years ago, they only gave me a very general YES/NO reocmmendation back then, not sure if things have changed.
