Create an LLC and get EIN (not s or c corp)
Hello There
To create an LLC for the state....do I also need an EIN ?
For creating a new bank account I was told you need EIN.
My question is :
1)
if mine is just an LLC....can I still get an EIN that is not S corp and not C corp ?
2)
If so an LLC with EIN I do not need to file the 1120 is that correct ?
