Package management/locker systems
Can anyone recommend a package locker system for a 40-unit apartment building? I understand there are providers like Package Concierge but I would like to stay away from the proprietary products with proprietary lockers and high monthly fees. I was wondering if there are "smart locks" that can be installed on lockers my contractor can build. So that delivery people (UPS, FedEx, etc) can drop them into the lockers and a key can be issued to the tenant (in their mailbox through a slot, for example). Similar to how a post office PO box system works. But for the apartment building. Any creative ideas are welcome! I'm also interested in any experiences with Package Concierge and similar products.
