Should I Sign Lease Agreement in LLC

I'm renting out my SFM start in March 1st which I purchased as an investment and not in a LLC. The lease agreement was between the tenant and myself was not signed in with my LLC. Should I have the tenant resign the lease with my LLC before the lease start? Also if the property was not purchased in my LLC, can I sign the lease the in my LLC?
