Recommendation on Rental Backgound Checks
Hey BP Members, I am currently in the process of renting on of my properties. I am looking for companies that does background checks for tenants. What is the best way to do this?
Most tenants do want to spend $30 to $50 for their background check due to various reason. It could be their credit history or background. I had one person who didn't want to spend money because they are afraid i wont pick them as the choice.
Any suggestion or recommendation would be helpful.
