PM's in Fredericksburg VA area?

Hi,

has anyone had any positive experiences with Property Mangers in the Fredericksburg, VA area, they wouldn't mind sharing? This would be for SFH rentals.

@Robert C. I can second @Dario Cruz with regards to the character of the people running Home Dream Realty.  I met them thru a meetup they put together, I don't have buy and holds yet but I would definitely give them a ring.  Very honest with me in all of my conversations with them.

Home Dream Realty is local to the Fredericksburg area. I haven’t used them personally but they are very nice folks that run the FRED REIA group down here.

First Priority Property Management is smaller and more dedicated.

MacDoc Property Management is very professional with procedures and systems in place.

Weichert Property Management is pretty good as well.

I'm working with all of those.

Dodson Property Management is bigger in Richmond area and probably understaffed in Fredericksburg. I would say a little bit careless.

I stopped working for them since they pay very late...

I provide services as a vendor to all of them. I personally know their management crew. Reviews are mostly coming from tenants that probably didn’t get their deposit back lol

Dodson Property Management it's pretty good, however they pay their vendors pretty late.

MacDoc Property Management is getting better and better in any aspect of their business.

Weichert has a pretty good property management in this area as well.

First Property Management is a smaller agency and is pretty good as well.
