buying vacation rental property
Any good advice for buying a vacation property as a investment. We are looking at purchasing a outerbanks, NC home for rental purposes. Price is in the 1.2-1.3 range and brings back 140k a year in rental income. Any seasoned investors that think this would be worth buying?
