Fort Collins - U+2 language in the lease
Have my first single family home ready for rent. Ft. Collins has a law (U+2) on the number of non-related individuals that may live together in one house. There is the City of Ft.Collins Occupancy Limits Disclosure Statement that must be signed by each renter. Is there specific language you use or that must be used in the lease or is the document sufficient?
