I have a listing in Frazier Park that’s being sold with a tenant. I have an offer from a buyer. What are the rent control laws in Kern County? Is there a minimum amount you have to offer the tenant to move out?

I don't know of any rent control restrictions in Kern County beyond the new California state wide laws.

@William Elkins There is no minimum amount you have to offer a tenant to move out.  If the Tenant has a lease agreement and does not want to move then good luck getting them out.  If they are on month to month then you can serve a notice to vacate.  Tons of options really, just depends on the details of the situation.  I would recommend to reach out to a property manager.  Feel free to PM me if you would like to chat further.
