I got a quote for commercial and personal umbrella for a rental dwelling policy and the commercial is >1000USD and personal is 200USD. Do I have to use the commercial umbrella insurance or is ther personal insurance enough?

@Chasing Vega

Honestly, what does your insurance agent say?

In my layman's opinion, the personal is fine if you are holding title personally. If you are holding title in a LLC or formed a business around the rental operations, then I suppose a commercial policy is warranted.
