Newbie asking for advice about a property.
I have found a duplex completely rehabbed. New roof , plumbing , wiring , floors etc its a turn key place. Asking price is 55k . I can rent it for $600 per unit. Loan payment of $350 a month including taxes & insurance. . Seems like a good buy to me but I wanted other opinions.
