Flooring/appliances for rental
Just purchased my first rental! It’s it’s a C class property and I have about 1000 sq ft of carpeting I’d like to replace with waterproof vinyl flooring. I also need to buy all appliances. Any suggestions of the most cost effective flooring brand & appliances to buy and where?
