What are good sources for getting rental comps? I only know of rentometer and am considering getting a subscription, but am curious what else is out there and if rentometer is worth it.

I use Rentometer and I have the pro version but I use that just when I am looking for a ballpark rent range.  When I am looking to dive deeper, I look at comps in the area.  Use whatever sites you would post on.  I like FB marketplace since that is where most of my applications come from.

When looking at comps, make sure you are looking at similar properties (same size, condition, and location).
