Hey does anyone have recommendations for property managers you've worked with in Tallahassee for (student) rentals?

Yes, I would recommend Kenley Stringer at Rent with Integrity. He's an agent with his own sales team, a property management company, and he is also an investor. I'm an agent on the Integrity sales team.

Hey Dean, hope you're well. I haven't hired any property management here but I've talked to someone from rent with integrity (Jason I believe was the name) and he seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. 

I've used Destination Real Estate (tallahasseedestination.com) for years to manage my Tallahassee property. Great team, great communication, no complaints at all.
