Does Insurance pay rent directly
Hello, I have a potential tenant who has completely lost their home to one of the hurricanes in South Louisiana last year. She is willing to sign a 1 year lease, but mentioned that the insurance company has been paying her rent directly to her current landlord. Does anyone have any experience with this?
