Hi all - wondering what are the best practices around creating invoice/receipts for rent collected from tenants. What are the best options for platforms/software that automates this? AND if I just wanted to manually just create one what info should be included? Would love a template if you have a good one.
Have you looked at FireShare at the bottom of the page? They might have some templates but making a simple request on Venmo might just do the trick. I've seen most companies use Yardi, Hemlane, and Buildium as their preferred software.
