Hello BP, I'm a rookie looking to purchase a duplex or triplex in WPB. Any suggestions on areas to look into (family and young professional friendly, not crazy expensive, C-B+ neighborhood) ? I recently read an article about the revitalization of the downtown area; other than downtown where should I look?  Thanks BP

@Ashley Kebreau Hi and welcome to BP! There are several areas to look at in WPB while other areas do not offer multifamily options. The downtown area could have possibilities and right now it's still a little bit street by street. Do you have any further criteria to work with?
