Looking for a master lease agreement example
Hello, I recently purchased a three unit home in the bay area and I am going to allow hey third-party to rent out the property and take care of everything for me. I would like to rent them the property using a master lease agreement and let them take care of all of the direct leasing agreements with the various tenants. Does anyone have any experience doing this? Anything special I would need for California? Anyone have an example master lease agreement? Thank you in advance!
