Tenant Breaking Lease before Move In

Need advise as to what options I have as a landlord.... Tenant signed lease on June 28th to begin leasing my home on July 1st. When leasing agent tried to contact tenant for security deposit and 1st month rent 3 days later tenant decided that she did not want to move forward. As a landlord do I have any kind of recourse besides the reletting fee which she flat out refuses to pay? Or is the tenant completely protected by Texas law to do what she pleases even when signing a contract?

I would just move on and try to get it rented to someone else and use this as a learning opportunity. Get security deposit and first months rent when signing the lease.
