Experiences/Feedback on Rent Redi

Hey guys,

I’m getting ready to close on a house that my wife and I will be moving into a renting out the one we currently live in. We’re only moving a few miles down the road so I think it would be easy to self manage the rental.

My question is: can anyone provide their honest review, positive or negative, about Rent Redi? I’ve had Reccomendation a for Zillow rental, cozy, etc but Rent Redi SEEMS to be the easiest for one stop shopping. Advertising, screening tenants, collecting rent, plus the BP podcasts gives a 50% discount.

Just trying to get info before I pay. Any and all information would be appreciated.

-Jeremy
