Other Owner Occupied Renters Seattle area
Hello. My husband and I just purchased our first property, a duplex in the Lake Shore WA area. We are first time home buyers and first time investors so feeling pretty nervous and anxious. (But also excited). We will be living in one unit and renting out the other. Thought I’d post to see if anyone else is also in an owner occupied rental and if you’d like to connect.
