I am an Electrician by trade and I am looking at getting into the real estate market. I am looking at investing in the Barrie/Innisfil/ Orillia area. I was curious if anyone had any information they are willing to share. As well as maybe some rent prices in those areas. So I can better understand where the market is at. As well as what I will be able to charge for rent?

Hey Kyle I'm from Orillia and I invest here. For a clean unit it's around 1250 for a 1 bedroom, 1500 2 bedrooms, 1800 3 bedroom. The tenant profile here isn't the best but if you screen your tenants and have a nice place you'll do fine.
