Section 8 Voucher Pricing - looking for insight
Hello good people of the BiggerPockets universe!
I have just closed my first deal in San Antonio an am having a ball. Growing up a poor child and being an elementary school teacher my heart goes out to those who don't have much opportunity. I am looking into another deal in the Cleveland area (5 bed 2 bath) which I'd like to open up to section 8. The challenge is that I don't know what the rates are for the Section 8 vouchers. I called the Cuyahoga County Housing Authority as well as Section 8 and they seemed to hold this information as a highly guarded secret. Just want to make sure the mortgage and whatnot are taken care of.
Anyone know an avenue or referral to find out what Section 8 vouchers would go for in certain areas and home sizes?
