Data Gathering Survey for Landlords and Property Managers

I'm a novice investor in the CT area. I've flipped in the past and am looking to get into the BRRRR method long term once foreclosures start hitting the market. I've enjoyed learning from BP and have finally decided to become a pro member.
My business partner and I are working on a startup company that is looking to make the "landlording process" simpler and more profitable in all facets, finding tenants, rent collection, property management, etc....
