Hi landlords, I'm in the processing of developing a portfolio management app.
I want to prioritize metrics insights that are important to residential landlords who own 1 to 15 properties (or more), what are some metrics that are important to you?
NOI, Operating expenses, Revenue, Payment performance... what else?
Also, is common for landlords to have an llc/bank account associated per property?
