Solar panels for single family rental houses
I am curious if anyone is installing solar panels on their single family rental homes. I have my tenants pay for their utilities, so their is no cost savings for me. However, for the greater good of our communities, it is probably the right thing to do. I am very interested in hearing from both sides.
