Palm Beach Eviction Help!

Good evening,

I’m looking for a good attorney in the palm beach area. Just bought a duplex on April 7th and looking to evict both tenants.

One is month to month and the other lease is on section 8 and expires at the end of May. They have no security deposit and don’t take care of the place.

P.S

It was a good deal and located near the beach. I want them out and will renovate the property and get better tenants. May even AirBnB or something; we’ll see 😁
