Rental Payment checklists
Hey everybody,
I just wanted to drop in and ask for your guys opinion on the best way to track rent checks from your tenants, and then late payments and so forth. Especially those of you who have multiple properties, with a lot of units. Just trying to see if there is a more efficient way then the one I'm using now.
