Rent Collection - No Bank Account

Most of my tenants do not have bank accounts and send their rent payments with money orders each month. Are there any services I could use besides money orders and mail to get the rent from these people?

I checked the online rent sites and they all need e-check(money order can't be used) or debit or credit card.

I checked Western Union and their fees are pretty high for sending money.

Any other options?
