Condo Rental Policy - Looking for Advice
In looking at a recent condo, I noticed the renting policy reads: "No portion of any Unit (other than the entire Unit) shall be leased for any period." I intend to buy a 2 bedroom condo, which I will use as my primary residence. I intend to rent the second bedroom out to a friend. Does anyone know any creative ways to work around a rental policy that restricts subletting rooms?
