Inherited Tenants- Etiquette
Im under contract with seller to purchase a four-flex.
1. When is it appropriate to ask him for a copy of the current leases? Im concerned about them wanting to protect tenants' privacy.
2. Im about a month until closing. Is it appropriate to ask them for updated pics of the property to get ahead with advertising for the empty units prior to me taking over the units?
