Storage / Garage Eviction, Help Needed

Hi,

I own a Multifamily house with a detached four car garage that is currently being rented out as storage units (inherited tenant) , the person does not pay and I’m looking for guidance on the eviction process ? Is it the same for a tenant that lives in apartment? Since this is a storage unit and he does not live there.

Anyone with any info or that can help is greatly appreciated.
