Tenant requesting paint

Hello,

This past April, we did a complete remodel on one of my rentals in an A-rated area. The tenants that moved in are very respectful and kind.

The tenants are requesting I provide them with a small amount of paint to touch up any spots that were missed during the renovation. Is this an unreasonable request?

I'm betting they dinged the walls a bit when they moved in (which happens).  If you trust them to do a good job, then give them the paint, but in the amount of time it would take to do and you having to drop off the paint, I'd just go and do it yourself.  They can get some painter's tape and mark the areas for you.  It will also let you check on the place.
