Structuring rooms for rent
Hello BP Community! I live in an area where the 2-year university was converted to a 4-year within the last 6 years. As a result, there is a high demand for student housing and low supply as the University does what they can to accommodate the growth. I am interested in buying larger single family homes in the area and hacking them as student room rentals. I would love to hear about your experience in this and how you may have structured room for rent situations. What worked and what didn’t? Thank you!
