What Landlord software is best?

Question

I am purchasing my first property that I will be actively managing.  I have another rental but it's long distance and I use a PM.  I saw BP has a list of over a dozen software apps for landlords but does anyone have a specific rec on what they like best?  I purely need it for managing payment, and maintenance, as I do not want calls/texts to my cell.  Any advise?  Thank you!!

I am in the process of looking for a new PMS for my commercial portfolio. I am currently on cozy but they are moving to apartments.com and they don't support commercial properties. Apartments.com looks like an improved version of cozy and I might move my residential properties to it. I am leaning towards innago for my commercial properties.

@Chris Fuhry I have looked into a bunch of different options but have found Innago to be one of the best. I definitely recommend checking it out! You can do all the things you listed above and then some!

The "best" software is not the same for everyone. You need to test them out and see which one works best for you. I recommend reviewing the list below. Check each one out, narrow it down to your favorite 1-2 options. Then sign up for accounts and run them through the wringer to see which one works best for you. Enter a property in each one. Enter a maintenance request. Submit a fake application. See how they market properties or communicate with a fake renter.
