Does someone has experience with self-showing tours w/ smart lock
Just curious. We are looking for a way to minimise vacancies in our multi-family. Does someone has experience with self-showing tours with smart locks or even when an existing tenant shows property to a potential one? Could you please share your experience and some risks we can meet and any advice?
