Short Term Rental Subletting on Multi-Unit Buildings
Hi, I am an Airbnb Host and Real Estate Investor looking to grow my portfolio and learn new strategies. One of the things catching my attention these days is the idea to rent properties that could be highly profitable if I sublet it through Airbnb but finding landlords willing to let you sublet is hard to find. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
