SHOULD I PAY OFF MY NEW AC
I recently had to buy a new AC and Air Distributor for my 4plex. i financed through greensky at 6% APY. Should i pay of the AC to save on interest which was about 9k or do the minimum monthly payments and use that 9k to invest in rental properties, down payments, closing costs etc etc..
