Big Bear STR, manage yourself or get a property manager/host

Hi Guys, first post with Bigger Pockets, but been lurking on the boards for a while. So I'm in the process of picking up my first STR in Big Bear and I'm trying to decide if it's worth trying to handle the VRBO/Air BNB myself or should I just get a property manager to handle it all. I'm actually a realtor and have helped clients manage rentals in the LA area, but location and just general connection to the needed resources, like a handy man, cleaning crew are things I don't knowledge of up there. Would love to hear you guys thoughts and experiences with either or.
