STR Airbnb in Colorado
We are planning to lease an apartment for STR Airbnb in Denver next month, but we researched on Denver that is very strict to allow only one primary residence. Is it allowed possibly to lease more than one apartment in Colorado for STR AirBnb? If so, which cities outside of Denver that can allow more than apt we lease as a primary resident?
