Taking tenants to court in Ohio for damages
How much can you sue for in Butler county Ohio in small claims court? I have to take tenants that moved out to court for damages. They had many pets that went against the lease. There is a very strong urine odor it ruined 1100 sqft in flooring and subfloor. The walls will need to be painted with killz to get rid of the smell. There is at least 10k in damage.
